Notifications

You create a notification "tracker" in our system. This includes:
- The case type, class code, or statute you want to track
- The county you are interested in
You can create as many of these notification trackers as you want. For example, you can create one for OWI cases, another for drug possesion, and yet another for driving offenses.

Each morning you will receive a link to a spreadsheet with the names and addresses of the defendants in the cases you are interested in.

Using Microsoft Word, you can quickly generate personalized direct mail letters and envelopes.

How current is the information in your system?

Within minutes of the circuit court entering the information into ccap, our system is updated.

Is there any software to install?

No. This service is entirely web based.

Do I have to sign up for any length of time? Is there a guarantee?

We have a free trial account where you can try all of the functionality. When you are ready to sign up, you can subscribe on a monthly basis. If you feel our service doesn't meet your needs simply let us know within the first month and we'll give you a full refund.
