How it Works

Notifications

  1. You create a notification "tracker" in our system. This includes:
    • The class code or statute you want to track
    • The geographic area you are interested in - statewide, a specific county, or a zip code
    • You choose how you want to be notified - realtime emails or a daily spreadsheet

  2. You can create as many of these notification trackers as you want. For example, you can create one for OWI cases, another for drug possesion, and yet another for driving offenses.

  3. Sit back and relax

  4. Our software will then send you the cases sepecific to your trackers. If you chose delivery as a daily spreadsheet, each morning you will receive a link to a spreadsheet with the names and addresses of the defendants in the cases you are interested in.

  5. The data we send is specifically formatted for easy mail merge. Using a program such as Microsoft Word, you can quickly generate form letters and envelopes.
